John Bruce obtains unanimous finding at Panel Hearing

Attorney John Bruce obtained a unanimous finding at a New Hampshire Panel Hearing in favor of a radiology technician and her employer. Plaintiff alleged that the radiology technician negligently allowed her to fall upon completion of an imaging study. The Panel unanimously found in favor of defendant, which led the plaintiff to dismiss her case.
