John Bruce successfully defends alleged assault and battery

Attorney John Bruce obtained a defense verdict on behalf of an Administrator of a health care facility who was alleged to have committed an assault and battery upon a family member of a resident. After a two day trial, the jury found in favor of the defendant on all counts.
