John Bruce successfully defends failure to diagnose diabetes case

Attorney John Bruce obtained a defense verdict on behalf of an internal medicine physician in Suffolk Superior Court in a case involving allegations of failure to diagnose diabetes in a timely manner. Plaintiff alleged that as a result of his undiagnosed diabetes, his condition ultimately required amputation of a lower extremity. After a seven day trial, the jury found in favor of the defendant physician.
